We’re looking for a Senior Development and Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our new homes development programme for the North East Region. This is your chance to make a real impact, driving our mixed-tenure development projects from inception through to completion, ensuring our customers and communities are always at the heart of what we do.
What You’ll Do- Lead a team of Development & Delivery Managers, managing projects from site identification through to aftercare.
- Oversee all stages of delivery, legals, appraisals, planning submissions, and construction through to completion.
- Deliver a variety of tenures across multiple sites, ensuring best value and quality.
- Manage budgets, income and expenditure, and maintain strong relationships with developer and contractor partners.
- Play a key role in achieving growth and surplus targets while delivering homes that make a difference

You have- Significant experience in the housing sector delivering high-quality new homes across multiple sites.
- A relevant degree (or equivalent) and a proven track record in delivering complex mixed-tenure developments, including affordable housing and homes for private sale.
- Strong commercial knowledge of housing development, planning processes, procurement, and contractor management.
- Skilled in creating and implementing compliant, design‑led schemes.
- A natural leader who inspires teams and creates a great place to work.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel across sites required)

The practical bits- Hybrid working, with 2 days being in One Strawberry Lane and the rest on site or at home
- Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
- 34 days leave, rising to 39 (this includes bank holidays and a “me day”). The option to buy 5 more each year
