Position
Research & Innovation – Researcher (User Experience (UX) Research)
TypeContract for 6 months – Inside IR35

Mod of workHybrid (3 days a week)
Responsibilities- Plan, structure, and deliver research using various secondary and primary research techniques.
- Apply research and insight expertise to provide market trends, research outcomes, and communication strategies in support of key projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop comprehensive research plans that align with project goals and stakeholder needs.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Support colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative research environment.
- Contribute to the refinement of research methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate findings clearly and influence project direction.
