Salary: £38,000 + Uncapped Bonus Scheme & Tronc.

Your Role

You will be the executive chef keeping the kitchen heartbeat strong, ensuring every plate leaves the pass executed to spec and upholding our premium standards to drive sales through quality. Working alongside the kitchen team, you will own GP management and meticulous stock control, recruit, inspire, and develop the kitchen staff, and manage health & safety compliance, training, and team performance.
