. This full‑time role offers 40 hours per week and a competitive salary of £12.70 per hour (up to £26,517.60 annually). Located in the heart of Crewe, our hotel is all about personality and style – and we want your creativity to shine in the kitchen.
As a Sous Chef you’ll step up when the Head Chef is away, keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring every dish is served with flair. You’ll take the lead on placing orders, creating weekly specials, and maintaining top standards with HACCP and date labelling. Your ability to run a service confidently will make you an essential part of our vibrant team.

- Passion for food and a proactive approach
- Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen best practices
- Ability to lead a service and keep things stylish under pressure
- Recent, professional cooking experience (1 year)
