• Working at speed to serve a range of drinks to customers quickly and efficiently.
• Making sure you adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure required standards.
• Regularly reviewing stock levels and following all Tesco policies and procedures.
• Working with the Café Manager to identify and support team members looking to develop as Baristas.
• Keeping up to date with all communications from Tesco, new offers, initiatives and menu changes.
• Resolving any customer complaints where possible.

• Experience of working as a Barista, or in a hospitality environment.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Confidence to coach and train others in an inclusive manner.

• Good planning and organisation skills.
• Confidence using your initiative to identify opportunities to improve our ways of working or adapt to different situations.
• Excellent communication skills to support colleagues and the Café Manager.
