The Opportunity:

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently outstanding food while supporting and inspiring the kitchen team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

• Leading service with confidence and professionalism

• Training and mentoring junior chefs

• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

• Assisting with menu development using seasonal, high-quality ingredients

• Managing stock control, ordering, and GP targets

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen, 1 or 2 Rosette experienced desired
