The Opportunity:
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently outstanding food while supporting and inspiring the kitchen team.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Leading service with confidence and professionalism
Training and mentoring junior chefs
Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Assisting with menu development using seasonal, high-quality ingredients
Managing stock control, ordering, and GP targets
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen, 1 or 2 Rosette experienced desired
