F&B Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our Restaurant & Bar team at Hotel Indigo Newcastle. As the face of our food and beverage operation, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every customer receives warm, professional, and attentive service.

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food, wines, cocktails, and other beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions.
• Ensure restaurant and bar areas are clean, organised, and presented to brand standards.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Assist with restaurant setup, service, and closing procedures.
• Support colleagues across the food and beverage operation when required.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
