Chef Results Limited is recruiting a Senior Sous Chef for a four star, multi-outlet hotel with two restaurants and a busy banqueting operation. You will be hands-on, support senior chefs and be heavily involved in training and developing the junior team of about 20 chefs.
You will manage busy fresh-food kitchens, ensure high food standards, handle kitchen paperwork and stay calm under pressure while driving standards across multiple dining operations and banqueting events.
