Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence.
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role-moding great service.
• Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.

• Experience working in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met.
• Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25 (some locations may offer additional payments). Minimum 16 hours per week (12 hours possible). Roles are scheduled within the availability windows shown.
