• Monday 05:30‑14:30
• Saturday 14:00‑23:00

Pay starts at €15.59 per hour, rising to €16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

• Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Work across all areas of the store and be the go-to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
• Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role‑model great service.
• Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet a little better every day.

• Experience working in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
• Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• Clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
• Legal requirement to be 18 years old or over.
