You’ll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who confidently recommends and sells our newest food products to customers. Through remarkable service you’ll ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

• Provide five-star service at pace and contribute to a high-performing store environment, including serving, selling, stocking, and helping drive sales growth.
• Be digitally confident and use tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Be flexible and willing to work across various areas of the store to adapt to changing retail demands.
