Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the shop, providing excellent service and support.
• Act as the link between the Hospice and its supporters and local community.
• Handle retail transactions, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous charity retail experience is not essential.
• Strong customer‑facing skills, people‑focused attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required by the shop.
• Existing right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check required.
