Part time Picker

Part Time Role

Working pattern:

• Sunday 06:00 - 15:00
• Wednesday 06:00 - 12:30
• Thursday 06:00 - 12:30

• Ensure customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while performing various store duties such as filling shelves, serving on tills, managing stocking levels, and picking deliveries.
• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal and report discrepancies to the Manager.
• Check quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is robust before delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting target pick rates.
• Maintain politeness when dealing with delivery staff, respond to queries and complaints, and refer complex situations to a superior.
• Arrive on time, properly presented, and demonstrate a can‑do attitude.

• Minimum age of 18 for roles that involve early or late hours, work in warehouse, beer, wine & spirits, or driving areas.
• Ability to meet set pick rates and work flexible shifts.
