Our Coop is seeking a Team Leader who will support managers, coach and coordinate the work of the team, and drive sales to attain store targets. Your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends to ensure we are there for customers when they need us most.
In this role you will go the extra mile to deliver fantastic store experiences, motivate the team by leading from the front, and share a sound understanding of our products to guide customers.
