• Excellent leadership capability with experience of building engaged, high performing teams and supporting development and performance.
• Working with processes, data, and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
• Ability to deal with complexity, prioritise effectively, and drive continuous improvement within established frameworks.
• Skilled in building relationships and communicating clearly with a range of stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how people data connects to wider business strategy and priorities.
