Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
B&Q Handforth is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a 20‑hour per week, part‑time shift in a busy store. You will supervise colleagues, ensure a safe environment, and deliver a great customer experience from early morning to evening.
As a keyholder you’ll deploy staff, be the first point of contact, and support store operations. The role combines leadership with hands‑on retail duties and an emphasis on safety and service.
