Retail Assistant - Weekend Only

Pay rate: £13 per hour

Contracted hours: 9 per week

Shift pattern: Fixed term weekend only days Saturday and Sunday over two days; some contracts are Saturday only.

• Provide customers with an amazing experience, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Set up a good‑looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floor showcasing the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries; get products onto the sales floor with correct pricing and high standards.

• Passion for people and providing delightful customer experiences.
• Honesty, strong communication, listening, sharing ideas, and involvement.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with high motivation, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in fashion, latest styles and trends.
