We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Vauxhall Newcastle.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £28,000 and on‑target earnings of £34,000, with the potential to earn significantly more. No previous experience is required.

Full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme enable you to succeed and maximise earnings from day one. After 6 months you can transfer to a Sales Executive role, taking your on‑target earnings to £45,000+ and a company car.

You will work a 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts), most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and a guaranteed day off during the week. Sundays are closed.

As a Sales Advisor you’ll support customers through the entire car‑buying journey – arranging test drives, helping select finance, guiding through accessories, and ensuring a fantastic experience. You’ll engage customers online, in‑store, on the phone or via video across the region, so strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.

Requirements: a full driving licence for manual and automatic cars and proven customer service skills. Experience in retail, hospitality or any customer‑service or sales‑led field is a plus.
