Auction Valuer

An exciting opportunity to join a growing team and an established property brand as an Auction Valuer covering the North East.

We are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious individual with local knowledge and an established professional network.

The successful candidate will need to be proficient in identifying new business opportunities to self-generate property listings and develop the brand. We are looking for a property professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of the territory and build out the business.

• List and dispose of property and land via the traditional and modern method of auction
• Develop and grow a network of introducing partners – estate agents, commercial agents, solicitors, traders, etc.
• Undertake auction appraisals/valuations
• Support and encourage new buyers
• Respond to enquiries via telephone and e‑mail with the support of an administrator
• Develop a plan to increase income, market share and brand awareness, with business support
• Create marketing collateral which includes video tours
• Take an active role in marketing and brand awareness with the support of the existing digital and social media framework
• Deliver excellent customer service to new and potential clients via telephone, e‑mail, online and video communication

• Previous experience of working within the property sector (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full driving licence and a willingness to travel as required
• Good knowledge of the areas
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and determined
• Ability to self‑generate business and build successful business relationships
