Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and offering expert consultation on Safestyle UK products. Day-to-day tasks will include building relationships, presenting product options, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Additional duties include providing product demonstrations and supporting customers with their purchasing journey.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and effectively present product options
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to achieve goals
  • Prior experience in the window and door or home improvement industry is a plus
