We are seeking a Modernisation Sales Consultant to deliver on our commitments in Scotland and beyond. The main goal of this role is to price, quote, and sell modernisation projects to achieve an agreed financial target within the Scotland region.

• Secure modernisation opportunities through existing relationships with direct clients, lift consultants, on‑portfolio clients, key accounts, and local branch operations; convert them to orders and process through internal booking to handover to operations.
• Identify and develop new customers through active networking and a robust customer visit plan.
• Obtain necessary internal safety accreditation to conduct site surveys for modernisation and full replacements safely.
• Plan sales activity and strategy in conjunction with the Modernisation Sales Director regarding workload planning and customer analysis.

• Proven sales experience within a related industry.
• High energy, driven, and a winning mentality.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Technical acumen relevant to lift systems.
• Lift experience in modernisation, major repairs, or new equipment is preferred.
