Sales Executive – Existing Accounts

Salary: £35k to £40k pa basic plus car (or car allowance) and commission.

We are looking for a sales executive to manage and grow business within our existing client base. This role will replace a departing executive and focus primarily on account development, with a smaller scope for new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new value within existing client accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and commission-based incentives.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell services.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication.

Essential Qualifications

• Currently in a sales or business development role within the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate, proactive and resilient in overcoming sales challenges.
• Ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
