Role Overview

Take ownership of key UK grocery retail partnerships, leveraging market insights and forging strong relationships to deliver exceptional results.

With full P&L responsibility, this role is pivotal in executing strategic growth and expanding the brand's presence nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow strategic retail accounts, delivering joint business plan (JBP) success.
  • Use shopper and market insights to inform commercial strategy and identify new business opportunities.
  • Take full accountability for grocery channel P&L, driving profit growth through commercial negotiation and partnership delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, and NPD teams to introduce new products and implement compelling brand campaigns in store.
  • Proactively spot market trends and activate opportunities to bring the brand to more customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with retail stakeholders, championing a collaborative and commercially savvy approach.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience managing grocery retail accounts in FMCG or high-quality food manufacturing.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering sustained growth.
  • Commercial acumen with solid P&L management, JBP delivery, and market analysis abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, confident at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
