Us Bank is seeking a motivated Customer Account Manager in Newcastle upon Tyne to oversee a group of Elavon’s base customers. This role is key in driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling efforts, while ensuring excellent customer service and account management. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in customer account management, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
This position is focused on retention and will contribute to developing plans for increased product penetration and longevity of customer accounts.
