Lead Generator (Flexible Hours)

Full Time - £27,500 – £35,000. Do you have outbound sales experience? Join us as a Sales Development Executive at Smart IT, a dynamic and rapidly expanding IT solutions provider in the North East.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Smart IT’s range of products and services.
  • Create appointments for our field sales team.
  • Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times.
  • Attend sales meetings with Business Development Managers when required.
  • Effectively manage data on CRM to create a pipeline of clients.
Qualifications
  • Outbound Sales Pro: Experience in outbound sales and hitting targets and KPIs.
  • Clear Communicator & Relationship Building: Strong communication skills, connecting effortlessly with others.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Customer‑first approach.
