Position: Key Account Manager (On Trade Drinks) - North East
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

The Key Account Manager (On Trade) – North East role offers the chance to work with some of the world’s best‑loved drinks brands in a dynamic and evolving channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive volume and value growth across the On Trade channel in the North East region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including national and regional pub groups, bars, and hospitality venues
  • Manage promotional activity, pricing strategies and trade investment to maximise return on investment
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, supply chain and field sales to deliver aligned commercial objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting in line with business requirements
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record in account management within the drinks, hospitality or FMCG sector
  • Experience working within the On Trade channel is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at all levels
  • Comfortable working autonomously, managing own territory, and thriving in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills are essential

North East England (field‑based with regular travel across the region)

Package

£40,000 – £45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
