Job Summary

We’re supporting a growing UK technology business that helps organisations proactively manage workplace risk through smart, user-friendly digital solutions. The platform supports businesses across construction, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and facilities management by improving reporting, increasing workforce engagement, reducing admin, and building stronger safety cultures.

Role

Responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities with organisations looking to improve workplace safety, compliance, operational visibility, and workforce engagement.

Day to Day
  • Identify businesses with Health & Safety, compliance, or operational risk requirements
  • Contact decision‑makers via phone, email, and Linked In outreach
  • Book meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Research target businesses and qualify opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Support wider business development and lead generation activity

What They’re Looking For
  • Around 12 months’ experience in sales, business development, or a customer‑facing role
  • Comfortable with outbound activity and speaking with new people
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Organised, proactive, and self‑motivated approach
  • Interest in technology, construction, infrastructure, or operational environments
  • Ambition to develop a long‑term career in sales
  • Entry‑level opportunity for rapid growth within a commercially driven technology environment
