Lead Generation Executive Hybrid / Remote Options Available £35,000 Basic  Uncapped Commission Permanent Looking for a role where your efforts directly drive business growth? We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Lead Generation Executive to join a growing technology business. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative sales and marketing team, helping to create new business opportunities through targeted outreach, relationship building, and intelligent prospecting.

This isn't a high-volume cold-calling role. Instead, you'll work with existing data, marketing campaigns, events, Linked In, email, and warm outreach strategies to engage decision-makers and generate qualified appointments. What You'll Be Doing Identifying and engaging potential clients through Linked In, email, and telephone outreach Researching target organisations and key decision-makers Managing and maintaining CRM data to support effective campaigns Generating qualified meetings for the sales team Promoting webinars, events, and marketing initiatives Building and nurturing a pipeline of prospects Working closely with sales, marketing, and account management teams to maximise opportunities What We're Looking For Experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, BDR, SDR, or Business Development Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers Highly organised with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar What's On Offer?
