The Role As a Lead Generator, you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities by engaging with business owners and decision-makers across the UK. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities Outbound B2B calling to generate new business opportunities Building rapport with decision-makers and qualifying prospects Booking appointments for the sales team Managing and updating CRM systems accurately Following up on warm enquiries and marketing campaigns Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities Working towards daily and monthly KPIs Representing the business professionally at all times What We're Looking For Previous lead generation, telesales, or outbound sales experience Confident communication and objection-handling skills Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Professional telephone manner Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team Experience in utilities, energy, or B2B sales is advantageous but not essential What's On Offer Competitive basic salary (£25k-£45k doe) Uncapped commission structure Full sales training and ongoing development Clear progression opportunities within a growing business Supportive, energetic team environment Opportunity to build a long-term sales career Immediate interviews available About the Business The company works with businesses across the UK to provide smarter utility management solutions, helping clients gain clarity, control, and long-term value across energy, water, waste, and communications services.
