Sales Director

Fireblocks is a leading digital asset infrastructure technology company that provides secure infrastructure for moving, storing, and issuing digital assets and cryptocurrencies. We enable businesses to securely build, run and scale digital asset operations through the Fireblocks Network and MPC‑based wallet infrastructure.

As a member of the EMEA sales team, you will drive growth for Fireblocks within the UK’s blockchain payments sector. You will target PSP, cross‑border, remittance, and other payment providers while collaborating closely with regional sales teams, sales engineers, and the payments product team.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers.
• Conduct prospecting, territory, and account planning to identify new opportunities.
• Keep the CRM up‑to‑date with accurate account and pipeline information.

• Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into the payments space.
• Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Experience with in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred.
• Experience in formalising and supporting the co‑sell motion with technology partners is preferred.
• Track record of over‑achievement in an enterprise sales position.
• Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude.
• Willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities.
• Thrives in a team‑selling environment.
