Senior Sales Executive: UK and Ireland Position overview
EPI-USE Labs is continuing to expand rapidly across the world. We are seeking a highly experienced, versatile and dynamic degree‑educated individual to join our team in the UK and Ireland to drive the sales of our proprietary software and related services. These include SAP landscape transformations, data privacy, test data management and HR within SAP, and Semantik, our next‑generation semantic intelligence platform designed to power AI business transformations.

Responsibilities- Drive software revenue growth: Close software subscription sales and generate revenue for implementation, training, and consulting services to reach quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Spearhead transformation and data privacy sales: Articulate the immense value of these service lines to help organisations move to the SAP Cloud while ensuring security and data privacy.
- Client account management: Manage client accounts to ensure the successful adoption of our solutions – ranging from traditional SAP data management to new, intelligent AI workflows – and ensure ongoing utilisation to enhance their businesses.
- Partner ecosystem expansion: Manage and increase our partner‑based and channel sales.
- Strategic account planning: Develop and execute account strategies to maximise win rates in high‑value opportunities.
- Relationship building: Create, enhance, and manage business relationships to foster ongoing business opportunities. Proactively and creatively understand client needs, identifying solutions specifically tailored to their requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience and skills- Proven track record: Successful, proven history in SAP solutions and services sales.
- Enterprise AI and data expertise (highly desirable): Experience or a strong understanding of Enterprise AI, data lifecycle management, or semantic intelligence platforms is a major advantage.
- SAP domain knowledge: Excellent understanding of SAP technology and applications (such as S/4
HANA, RISE with SAP, and SAP Success Factors) and their forward direction. - Communication: Excellent communication skills, fluent in English. You must possess the ability to translate complex concepts (like AI agents, semantic layers, and data privacy) into clear business value. Comfortable presenting to large audiences, ranging from professional SAP users to CIOs.
- Product knowledge: Knowledge of EPI-USE Labs solutions is a distinct advantage.
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally. A team player who supports colleagues, fosters a positive working environment, and continually provides actionable feedback on the sales process.
- Drive and autonomy: Enthusiastic and self‑motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative. Eager and keen for continued self‑development.

- Mobility: The ability to travel freely within the region.
