At Zoetis, our purpose is simple but powerful: to nurture the world and humankind by advancing care for animals. As a Diagnostic Account Manager (DAM), you will play a critical role in helping veterinary practices deliver better outcomes through innovative diagnostic solutions.

This is a field-based, customer-facing role where your expertise, relationship-building skills, and commercial mindset will directly impact customer success, business growth, and animal health across your territory.

The Role

As a Diagnostic Account Manager, you will be the trusted diagnostic partner for veterinary practices, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings within your territory. You will provide on-site support to existing Zoetis Vet Scan customers and be responsible for the overall business performance, customer satisfaction, and growth of your accounts.

Your primary focus will be to support customers across the full lifecycle of Zoetis diagnostic solutions—from installation and onboarding through to optimisation, workflow improvement, utilisation growth, and troubleshooting. You will also identify opportunities for new equipment sales, consumables, and expanded solutions within existing accounts.

This role requires someone who thrives in the field, enjoys autonomy and is motivated by building long-term, mutually beneficial customer partnerships.
