The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and market share through a structured, proactive sales approach. This role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting the hotel’s products and services across key market segments, including corporate, group, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
The role holder will develop and implement effective sales strategies, conduct regular client visits and presentations, and confidently engage with prospects to drive new and repeat business.
Experience needed EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATION- Experience 3 to 4 years working in a 4/5 star branded hotel in a similar role
- BS/BA degree is preferable
- Strong sales experience in the hospitality industry
