Used Car Sales Executive

Overview

Used Car Sales Executive at Lloyd BMW/MINI, based in Newcastle. Salary:
Basic salary with OTE of £55,000.

Hours:

45 per week.

• Understand and adapt to the customers’ buying strategy and encourage product experience through test drives, coordinated with the Product Specialist.
• Agree pricing and payment methods, including advising on financing options with the customer in line with company guidelines.
• Follow up each delivery with a personal phone call to confirm customer satisfaction and maintain contact to build relationships for future business.
• Plan and organize daily sales activity, including contacting sales prospects and existing customers to generate new business.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to help the group achieve its aims and objectives.

• Able to plan, organise self and meet deadlines.
• Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate quality of work.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines to meet business needs.
• Able to respond positively to organisational and market changes.
• IT literate (PC, Microsoft and web) and hold a full UK driving licence.
