We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!

MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN

• Generating new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media
• Qualifying leads to build a high‑quality sales pipeline
• Hitting and exceeding targets in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Keeping CRM data organised and up to date (Hub Spot/Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Writing accurate reports on booked opportunities
• Representing Punch! and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Collaborating with an incredible team and taking part in fun team incentives

• Experience in Sales, SDR, Telesales, or Lead Generation
• Strong communication and active listening skills under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot is a bonus)
• Ambitious, self‑starting, and eager to grow in a sales career
• Strong social and relationship‑building skills – both over the phone and face‑to‑face
