Business Development Manager - Soft Tissue Reconstruction Products

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company with a strong culture and significant earning potential in the soft tissue reconstruction sector of the medical industry. The role covers the upper Northeast of England and Scotland.

Territory: Scotland and the upper Northeast (Newcastle area predominately)

• Field-based Business Development Manager role, covering Scotland and the upper Northeast
• Engage with NHS and private healthcare sector stakeholders, focusing on soft tissue reconstruction products
• Interact with consultants and other key surgical staff to demonstrate product value and service excellence
• Target hospitals and trusts while maintaining and growing relationships across the region
• Receive full initial training with ongoing career development

• Basic salary up to £60k (dependent on experience)
• Commission potential with many earning well over £100k in commission alone
• Annual leave

• Experience in soft tissue reconstruction / surgical mesh sales, electro-surgical products, or clinical-focused products in general surgery
• Sales experience in general surgical, abdominal, colorectal products or other soft tissue medical device sales into theatre
• Strong sales background with a proactive, winning mindset
• A strong clinical background is ideal but not essential if you have suitable mesh sales experience
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available
