Recruitment Consultant

Linear Recruitment is a forward‑thinking, employee‑owned recruitment business with a network of offices across the North of England. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. We are currently looking to expand our Construction and Property Division and are open to candidates from a range of recruitment sector backgrounds, including those with experience in a 360 role, sales or B2B sales.

• Develop prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients to gain additional business and develop a profitable desk
• Manage your own client and candidate databases and deliver excellent, proactive customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met
• Fill vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, sourcing ideal candidates to place in client vacancies
• Grow your client and candidate base through telephone and face‑to‑face business development activity and advertising
• Maintain our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service
• Achieve agreed individual targets and KPIs and report on these to management through weekly meetings and various one‑to‑ones
