A Sales Advisor will join a fast‑paced, customer‑focused Site Solutions team. The role suits someone commercially aware, confident handling high volumes of enquiries, and motivated by converting opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

• Work towards key performance indicators, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and margin protection.
• Manage customer enquiries accurately and efficiently through telephony and email.
• Ensure all activity complies with internal processes and pricing structures.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high‑quality service.
• Use CRM and order‑processing systems confidently.
• Support a fast‑paced sales environment as a proactive Sales Advisor.

• Previous experience in a sales‑focused role (hire, construction or service industries are advantageous).
• Strong commercial awareness and a target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing high enquiry volumes.
• Proficient in CRM and order‑processing systems.
