Are you an HGV Parts Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity within a thriving and rapidly growing company known for looking after their staff and providing excellent service to their customers, offering rapid and direct progression to management?

This role will involve working within a tight‑knit team in a branch of 7 people, handling incoming and outgoing parts telephone enquiries and sales with a range of blue‑chip and household‑name clients. Additionally, you will serve customers on the trade counter and pick items in the warehouse for drivers.

This role would suit an HGV Parts Advisor looking to join a market‑leading company that looks after its staff, provides continuous development and multiple opportunities to progress within the business.

• Liaising with customers face‑to‑face and on the telephone
• Unpacking stock and maintaining warehouse upkeep
• Handling all parts queries and sales
• Liaising with suppliers to purchase parts and maintain stock levels
• Working Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5:30 pm (42 hours per week)
