Sales and Management Graduate Programme

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls.
• Attend World Class Sales Academy and shadow operational and sales staff during the first 6 weeks.
• Serve customers in a specific geographical area, supporting washroom products and removing hazardous and toxic waste.
• Gain exposure to many sales‑based roles across the business to develop a broad understanding of customer needs and become an expert in products and services.
• Complete the Intro to Sales Development Programme and participate in local projects during career development.
• Progress to roles such as Field Account Manager, Service Team Leader, Indoor Sales/Customer Relations Team Leader, or Regional Account Manager.

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject; business‑related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary.
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Target‑driven, ambitious and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face‑to‑face.
• Willingness to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
• A desire to work hard and enjoy the role.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and a target‑driven mindset while generating sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship‑building. Possesses a full UK manual driving licence and a foundational understanding of sales processes and customer needs.
