Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is recruiting a Senior Food Development Manager to shape the future of food across our JAT pubs. Field-based, reporting to the Retail Director, you will lead menus, pricing and profitability with operators and lessees.
You'll build food strategies that drive sales and margins, coach a small team, collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Supplier Management, and share food expertise across the estate.
