We're recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join a leading UK provider of commercial window cleaning services. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an existing portfolio of customers, focusing on customer retention, renewals, account growth and outstanding customer service.

• Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Building long-term relationships to improve customer retention.
• Handling contract renewals and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Speaking with customers regularly to ensure they're happy with the service.
• Using Hub Spot CRM to manage customer information and activity.
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience.

• Experience in Account Management, Internal Sales, Customer Success or Business Development.
• Someone who enjoys talking to customers and building lasting relationships.
• A proactive, organised approach and good IT skills.
