£27,600 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (typical OTE in first year £35k+!)

We're looking for ambitious, competitive and driven individuals to join our Newcastle office as Trainee Recruitment Consultants within the Cloud Tech industry!

Working in recruitment is very much like sales - you'll be making outbound B2B calls to companies, building relationships to win their business, then sourcing and screening suitable candidates to fill their job vacancies!

Like with any sales role, with us your earnings and progression are directly linked to your performance! Promotion is meritocratic and we have a clear career progression pathway so you can map out your career! Plus commission is uncapped with no thresholds!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the middle person between the Company (client) who are looking to hire, and the Candidate looking for work. This is a busy, fast paced role combining sales, business development and relationship management.

You'll:

• Find new companies who are looking to hire, build relationships with the managers to win their business
• Source and engage high-quality technology professionals for your clients
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Win new business opportunities
• Negotiate offers and contracts
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish

You'll essentially run your own desk, building a network of clients and candidates while generating revenue for the business.
