This Mortgage & Protection Advisor role is all about making an impact, building strong relationships, and seeing the results of your hard work every single day.
You'llmanage your pipeline from first enquiry to completion, helping clients achieve your goals while growing your own success.
The Mortgage & Protection Adviser Role:
- Deliver tailored, whole-of-market mortgage solutions that meet each client's individual needs
- Provide expert guidance on protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and home insurance
- Actively manage and convert high-quality leads provided by the estate agency
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through outstanding service
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal company standards
- Work closely with estate agency colleagues tomaximiseopportunities and drive successful outcomes
- You have a full UK driving licence
- Minimum of3year'sindustry experience
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Confident and professional in all client interactions, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Commercial mindset with a natural ability to spot opportunities
- Organised, structured, and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated, you get things done
