Remuneration: £50,000 – £70,000 doe + bonus tbc (car allowance will be built into the basic salary)
The role of the Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Solutions will involve:
- Business Development Manager position promoting high quality building envelope solutions / services
- All of your time will be spent selling to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers
- Turnover tbc depending on experience
- 80% new business / 20% account management
- Carrying out site surveys as and when required
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Solutions with:
- Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling sectors
- Must have sold to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to hit the ground running
- IT literate
