Upsells Agent

We are looking for an Upsell Agent to join our Sales team and support the growth of existing customer accounts through proactive sales activity and relationship management.

This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to increase customer value by promoting additional products and services, while delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving individual performance targets.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Identifying and converting upselling opportunities.
• Building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Achieving individual sales, revenue, margin, and productivity targets.
• Handling objections and negotiating positive outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates.
• Supporting customer retention and long-term account growth.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Essential requirements for this role include:

• Experience with in a sales, customer service, or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work towards and achieve performance targets.
• Confidence handling customer conversations and overcoming objections.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
