Pay: £13.77 per hour

Hours:

48 hours on rolling shift pattern - predominantly days

• Active Patrols:
  Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity.
• Thorough Searches:
  Conduct detailed searches following company policies.
• Detailed Record‑Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork.
• Effective Communication:
  Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and external authorities.
• Exceptional Customer Service:
  Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

• A valid SIA licence.
• First Aid at Work qualification (desirable).
• CCTV Public Space Surveillance licence (desirable).
• Previous retail security or loss prevention or door experience.
• Experience with CCTV and control room environments.
• Knowledge of UK retail crime trends.
• Customer service or hospitality background.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
