Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Verisure is seeking an Alarm Call Handler for a 24-hour weekly rota-based evening shift at the Newcastle Centre of Excellence. You will be the calm, decisive voice handling alarm activations, coordinating appropriate responses, and supporting customers across the UK.
Role requires prior customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure, following strict security protocols. DBS check and SIA/PSA licenses supported by Verisure are required.
