Verisure is hiring for a Customer Alarm Call Handler in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role is based at Quorum Business Park, supporting a 24-hour Alarm Receiving Centre. You will handle incidents, liaise with emergency services when required, and communicate clearly with customers to maintain security and safety.
The job entails 37.5 hours per week, shifts 7am–10pm, and 29 days of annual leave (increases after a year). Full training and DBS/SIA/licence requirements apply.
