What you will do:

  • Lead and manage the Children in Need Team to deliver high-quality social work services.
  • Provide supervision and support to ASYEs, helping them develop and succeed.
  • Oversee case management ensuring each child’s needs are accurately assessed and addressed.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies, enhancing service delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
